CULINARY MASTERY PROGRAM

Should you harbor the ambition of stepping into the shoes of a chef, culinary practitioner, or novice, acquiring professional training is not merely beneficial, but indispensable. We extend to you an array of training programs, spanning from a singular day to an immersive five-day experience, as well we offer an unique program in Croatia of intensive 2 month courses.

BECOME A PROFESSIONAL COOK IN JUST 2 MONTHS

This cooking course contains 280 hours : 

168 hours in cuisine and 35 hours in pastry, 14 hours HACCP, 48 h restaurant management and 15 hours of practical application in Restaurant

Upon successful completion of this intensive 2 months program, you shall be given one certificat:

Sous-vide cooking: Using sous-vide cooking to achieve precise and even cooking of food by sealing it in plastic bags and submerging it in a temperature-controlled water bath

​

Molecular gastronomy: Experimenting with science and chemistry to create unique textures, flavors, and presentations, such as spherification, emulsification, and gelification

​

Fusion cuisine: Combining elements from different culinary traditions to create innovative and original dishes

​

Using local and seasonal ingredients: Sourcing local and seasonal ingredients to ensure freshness and support local producers

​

Plant-based cuisine: Creating flavorful and innovative vegetarian and vegan dishes to cater to the growing demand for meatless options

​

Artistic presentation: Showcasing dishes with carefully crafted and artistic presentation to create a visually appealing culinary experience

​

Advanced kitchen technologies: Using modern kitchen equipment and appliances, such as convection ovens, thermomixers, food processors, and 3D food printers, Pacojet,etc.
